Principal's Note ...
At St. Mary's School, the safety of our
students is of the utmost importance. As the school year began,
administration, faculty and staff became concerned about the safety of our
dismissal procedures. A committee of faculty and staff was appointed
to research and design a safer, more efficient way of dismissing our
students each afternoon. After much thought and discussion, the
administration, faculty and staff came together and agreed on the procedures
as outlined. Humans are creatures of habit and we fully understand
that change can be difficult. As we implement these changes, we ask
for your patience, support, and understanding as we believe the new
dismissal procedures will create a safer environment. Parental support
has always been a blessing at St. Mary's. It is our hope that this
transition will be yet another opportunity for the administration, faculty,
staff, and parents to work together for the benefit of the children.
